Refund Policy

All sales are final. VControl AI does not offer refunds on any purchase, including the Founders' Lifetime license, the Standard Lifetime license and, when available, monthly and annual subscriptions.

Try before you buy

Because all sales are final, we provide VControl Lite, a free trial that is fully functional for 7 days, so you can evaluate every feature on your own Mac before purchasing. After the 7-day trial only voice dictation remains available (up to 10 uses per day) and all other features require a purchase. Since VControl AI runs locally, its performance depends on your hardware — we strongly encourage you to install and complete the free trial first to confirm it meets your needs.

Why no refunds

VControl AI is a digital product that is delivered and usable immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to the licensed software and that you waive any cooling-off or withdrawal period to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Subscriptions

When subscription plans become available, you may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation prevents further charges but does not retroactively refund the current or past billing periods, and you retain access until the end of the period already paid.

Statutory rights and billing errors. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction. In the case of a duplicate charge, a verified billing error, or where a refund is required by applicable law, we will work with our Merchant of Record, Paddle, to resolve it. Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, and Paddle's buyer terms and refund handling also apply.

Prueba antes de comprar

Dado que todas las ventas son finales, ponemos a tu disposición VControl Lite, una prueba gratuita totalmente funcional durante 7 días, para que evalúes todas las funciones en tu propia Mac antes de comprar. Tras los 7 días de prueba solo permanece disponible el dictado por voz (hasta 10 usos por día) y todas las demás funciones requieren compra. Como VControl AI se ejecuta de forma local, su rendimiento depende de tu hardware: te recomendamos encarecidamente instalar y completar la prueba gratuita primero para confirmar que cumple con tus necesidades.

Por qué no hay reembolsos

VControl AI es un producto digital que se entrega y queda utilizable de inmediato tras la compra. Al completar tu compra reconoces que recibes acceso inmediato al software licenciado y que renuncias a cualquier periodo de desistimiento o retracto en la medida permitida por la ley aplicable.

Suscripciones

Cuando los planes de suscripción estén disponibles, podrás cancelar en cualquier momento para detener renovaciones futuras. La cancelación evita cargos posteriores, pero no reembolsa de forma retroactiva el periodo de facturación actual o anteriores, y conservas el acceso hasta el final del periodo ya pagado.

Derechos legales y errores de facturación. Nada en esta política limita los derechos irrenunciables que puedas tener bajo la legislación imperativa de protección al consumidor de tu jurisdicción. En caso de un cargo duplicado, un error de facturación verificado, o cuando un reembolso sea exigido por la ley aplicable, trabajaremos con nuestro Comerciante de Registro, Paddle, para resolverlo. Las compras son procesadas por Paddle.com, y también aplican los términos de comprador y el manejo de reembolsos de Paddle.
